Work Environment\n

This position is remote, providing flexibility while allowing you to engage meaningfully with clients from the comfort of your own home. You will collaborate regularly with a multidisciplinary team, participating in virtual meetings, training sessions, and client assessments. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of clients upon admission to the detox program.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that align with legislative and programmatic guidelines.

• Monitor and assess outcomes as an integral member of the treatment team, adjusting care plans as necessary based on client progress.
\n
• Provide ongoing support to families, educating them on resources and strategies to enhance their child’s development.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment Practices to facilitate skill development.
\n
• Develop rapport with clients, families, and colleagues, fostering a positive, collaborative atmosphere centered on trust and mutual respect.

• Adhere to all federal and state regulations to ensure compliance and protect the welfare of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be supporting children and families navigating the challenges of detox and early intervention. You will work predominantly with young children with disabilities or developmental delays, ensuring they receive personalized care that addresses their unique needs. This role is crucial in guiding families through emotional and behavioral challenges, promoting healthy development during their early years.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate of Social Work is required.

• Must possess a current LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license is necessary.

• One year of experience working with children in early intervention is required.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
