Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, providing flexibility and work-life balance while you engage with our clients through virtual platforms. Our team employs modern technology to conduct assessments and collaborate on Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs). You will play a crucial role in liaising with other professionals and caregivers, ensuring that our services align with the needs of the children and families we serve.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct evaluations and comprehensive assessments of children to identify developmental delays and support needs.
\n
• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), tailoring strategies to meet the unique requirements of each child.
\n
• Monitor and document the outcomes of implemented strategies, adjusting approaches as necessary to ensure continuous improvement in child development.
\n
• Provide hands-on support to families by sharing vital information and resources regarding their child’s growth and development.
\n
• Utilize a coaching model and evidence-based practices to enhance families' understanding of Natural Learning Environment Practices, promoting effective support at home.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations, maintaining high standards of practice in all interactions with clients and team members.
\n
• Develop strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and team members to foster a positive and collaborative learning atmosphere.
\n
• Utilize various teaching methods to adapt to the different learning styles of children, ensuring that every treatment plan is effective and engaging.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays, working closely with their families to help them acquire the skills necessary during the critical early years of life. You will assess and support their physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication development, making a lasting impact on their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.
\n
• Must hold a valid LCSW license as recognized by the Department of Public Health.
\n
• A current driver's license is necessary for potential travel needs related to home visits.
\n
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple cases efficiently.

• Effective communication skills, enabling you to interact respectfully and collaboratively with clients of diverse backgrounds.

• Commitment to the principles of Natural Learning Environment Practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least one year of experience working with children in early intervention or in similar clinical settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
