Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver comprehensive individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions tailored to meet the needs of diverse client populations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university.

• A valid and current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential issued by the state of California.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in clinical or outpatient settings is preferred.

• A thorough understanding of trauma-informed care and the ability to utilize evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000.00 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
