The Licensed Clinical Social Worker role is primarily remote, providing the flexibility to balance personal and professional commitments effectively. Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your primary focus will be on delivering therapeutic interventions and support to a diverse patient population. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Performing comprehensive clinical assessments to understand patients' mental health needs and crafting individualized treatment plans grounded in best practices.

• Administering various evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring continuity of care and data integrity.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals during case consultations to improve treatment outcomes and quality of care.

• Providing education and resources to clients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, acting as a knowledgeable guide throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development and peer review activities to remain current with industry trends and integrate new knowledge into your practice.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
