Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education and training to independently assess and diagnose psychosocial issues affecting students, employing standardized assessment tools and personal clinical judgment.

• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions, such as solution-focused brief therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation, adapting your techniques to suit individual needs and treatment goals.

• Conduct regular follow-ups and assessments, utilizing both virtual platforms and in-person meetings to monitor treatment progress and adapt plans as needed to ensure effectiveness.

• Assist in psychotropic medication management by collaborating with medical professionals, focusing on treatment adherence, monitoring for side effects, and evaluating the therapeutic effectiveness.

This position primarily focuses on students ranging from elementary through high school, who may face various emotional and psychological challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is mandatory.
