Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions tailored to clients’ needs, utilizing various therapeutic techniques.

• Facilitate training and workshops for interns and university students, ensuring they understand and comply with evolving federal, state, and local policies.

• Maintain meticulous and compliant documentation for each client and intern, ensuring all records meet agency standards.

• Participate actively in intern performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and assisting with their professional development.

• Oversee intern caseloads and assignments, collaborating with the Centralized Intake team and clinical supervisors to optimize client outcomes.

• Conduct regular audits of documentation and client records to ensure compliance with both agency policies and funding guidelines.
\n
• Attend program meetings and relevant trainings, contributing to ongoing improvements in service delivery and client care.

• Provide clinical consultation in crisis and non-crisis situations, offering expertise and support through various communication channels.

• Maintain the physical workspace and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

• Engage in the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes for new interns, actively promoting the agency's mission and values during recruitment events.

Qualifications\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 per year .
