In this remote role, you will work from the comfort of your own home while also having access to our Detox Center facility when necessary. Our team promotes a flexible work schedule, which may include evening and weekend hours to accommodate the needs of our clients. We harness advanced telehealth technology to maintain strong direct connections with our clients and ensure high-quality therapy sessions, no matter where you are located.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized, solution-focused therapeutic sessions with adolescents to address their mental health needs, including one-on-one psychosocial counseling and therapy.

• Facilitate skills training sessions aimed at helping clients develop coping mechanisms and strategies to navigate their current and future life challenges.

• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with other mental health professionals, ensuring continuity of care within the multidisciplinary team.

• Perform crisis intervention assessments and screenings to effectively tailor treatment pathways based on immediate needs and circumstances.

• Deliver specialized treatment to adolescents with serious mental illnesses, cognitive impairments, or developmental disabilities, ensuring efforts are tailored to their unique situations.

• Prepare and conduct engaging group counseling sessions on various mental health topics, fostering peer support and community among clients.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation, including intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to best practices for ethical and legal standards.

• Provide training and guidance to probation and detention staff, equipping them with effective strategies and skills for supporting adolescents under their supervision.

• Coordinate discharge plans with community providers to ensure seamless transitions and ongoing support post-treatment.

Your primary focus will be on supporting adolescents facing complex mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required.
