Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine patient needs, risks, and appropriate interventions.

• Offer timely crisis intervention services during patient emergencies, using established protocols to provide immediate support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Greenford Valley, your primary focus will be on patients with diverse mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. Your effective engagement, empathetic listening, and therapeutic interaction will be vital in building trust and promoting healing among our clients, many of whom come from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required; however, a Master’s degree is preferred.

• A valid and active LCSW license in the state of California is mandatory.
