Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual therapy, as well as couples or family sessions, utilizing secure video conferencing tools to ensure client confidentiality.

• Conduct initial intake assessments to identify clients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Track and document clinical progress meticulously within our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system to ensure continuity of care.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending virtual training sessions, peer consultations, and team meetings to enhance clinical skills and collaboration.
\n
• Coordinate care with other providers or referral sources when necessary, ensuring a holistic approach to client treatment.
\n
• Adhere to ethical, legal, and professional standards set by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) while maintaining a safe and supportive therapeutic space for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will include a diverse range of clients, including adults, teens, and families experiencing various mental health challenges. You will provide culturally competent care, with a focus on marginalized communities such as LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and neurodiverse clients. This role offers you the chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those who often face systemic barriers to accessing mental health services.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active LCSW license in California, coupled with a Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting.

• Proficient in using teletherapy platforms or demonstrated technological acumen with a willingness to learn.

• Strong clinical writing and documentation skills essential for maintaining accurate client records.

• A professional, professional, HIPAA-compliant private space for conducting virtual therapy sessions.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, managing your time effectively in a remote setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialized training in therapeutic modalities such as EMDR, DBT, CBT, ACT, trauma-informed care, or somatic therapies.

• Experience working with diverse and marginalized populations, particularly in a telehealth context.

• A background in community mental health or integrated care environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your commitment and expertise will be rewarded with a competitive compensation package ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, dependent upon your experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include flexible work hours to customize your schedule, access to ongoing professional development resources, and potential for fee-for-service compensation options (W-2 or 1099).
