As part of our telehealth team, you will have flexible hours within a structured 40-hour work week. Key Responsibilities\n

• Evaluate and assess patients' mental health status through comprehensive clinical interviews and evidence-based assessment tools, including the DSM-5, to craft individualized care plans that address their unique needs.

• Provide ongoing therapy sessions using a range of treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices, tailored to support each patient's mental health journey.

• Monitor and document patient progress in real-time, utilizing innovative technology to create and maintain accurate treatment records and comply with state and federal regulations.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to design comprehensive treatment plans aimed at achieving specific therapeutic goals, ensuring active participation in their care process.

• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient status, share insights, and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and feedback from colleagues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 140,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
