Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders through thorough assessments and tailored treatment plans.

• Collaborate seamlessly with a multi-disciplinary team to set and achieve common goals, ensuring client-centered delivery of services.

• Engage respectfully with clients from diverse backgrounds, fostering an inclusive environment that recognizes various traditions, beliefs, and behavioral styles.

• Maintain adherence to professional ethical guidelines and the organization's standards of conduct while functioning effectively within existing organizational and financial frameworks.

• Monitor and manage client care, ensuring safety and efficacy, which includes identifying high-risk situations, planning interventions, and conducting timely follow-ups.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans, actively coordinating with various service providers and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

• Conduct crisis intervention as needed, responding in real-time to emergencies while ensuring ongoing support for clients facing acute challenges.

• Manage individual caseloads that encompass assessment, group therapy, family therapy, and ensuring that treatment aligns with client needs and requests.

• Complete timely documentation and reports on client progress, adherence to treatment plans, and any modifications needed based on evolving client circumstances.

• Participate actively in agency committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and improving clinical outcomes for all clients served.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field is required.

• Current LCSW licensure in the state of California is mandatory.
