Work Environment\n

Our work setting operates remotely, utilizing a telehealth model that allows therapists to connect with patients via video conferencing and other digital communication tools. This flexible structure ensures that you can maintain a healthy work-life balance while making a significant impact on the lives of individuals who may have limited access to in-person mental health care. Regular working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to adapt to client scheduling requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs, crafting personalized and effective treatment plans tailored to each individual.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions based on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, ensuring clients receive the best possible care.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups aimed at fostering community and addressing common mental health issues.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide holistic and coordinated care that addresses all aspects of patient well-being.

• Engage in crisis intervention to support clients during mental health emergencies, providing immediate assistance and resources.

• Educate clients on mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their healing journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the integrity of patient information.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to stay abreast of the latest trends and research in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is a requirement.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 115,000 and 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
