Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices to create tailored treatment plans that respect the individuality of each client.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other methodologies suited to client needs.

• Maintain accurate and secure clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, demonstrating our commitment to ethical practice.

• Engage in close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team—comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals—to provide holistic care to our clients.

• Participate actively in case consultations and peer review meetings to refine treatment approaches and discuss client progress and challenges.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available treatment resources, fostering empowerment and resilience through informed care.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required; candidates with a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling will be given preference.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California is essential.

• Demonstrated experience with solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, skillfully tailoring your approach to meet each client’s unique needs.
