Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations to assess client needs, strengths, and challenges, forming the basis for individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions to conduct both individual and group therapy sessions, adapting techniques as necessary to provide optimal support.

• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions using telehealth platforms, employing digital tools to engage clients effectively in their treatment process.

• Maintain strict compliance with ethical guidelines and practice standards, ensuring confidentiality and safeguarding client rights.

• Document client interactions, treatment progress, and case notes in a timely manner using our electronic health record system, promoting continuity of care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate client services, participate in treatment planning, and monitor client progress toward recovery goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse range of clients in Ontario and surrounding areas, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds, economic circumstances, and age groups. Our clinic focuses on addressing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a highly competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
