Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Covenant Wellness, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify the needs and strengths of your clients, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans grounded in best practices.

• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to deliver individualized interventions that meet each client’s specific circumstances.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation that adheres to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, ensuring that patient privacy and compliance requirements are upheld.

• Collaborating with other mental health professionals—psychologists, psychiatrists, and psychiatric nurses—to create a holistic treatment ecosystem that supports clients' diverse needs.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review sessions aimed at promoting continuous improvement in care delivery and enhancing clinical practices.

• Educating clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, helping them navigate their mental health journey successfully.

• Staying current with emerging research and advancements in mental health treatment, continuously elevating your practice through ongoing professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied patient population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience.

Compensation and Benefits\n
