Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psycho-social assessments of clients to identify their needs and concerns accurately.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapies to enhance client engagement and recovery outcomes.

• Utilize solution-focused approaches to provide therapeutic interventions aimed at alleviating symptoms associated with trauma, anxiety, and depression.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all documents are up to date and accessible as needed.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive care.

• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to remain current on best practices and innovative treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At our Detox Center, you will work primarily with individuals who are in recovery from addiction, as well as those dealing with co-occurring mental health conditions. Your role will be crucial in offering empathetic support and effective strategies tailored to each client's unique circumstances, promoting their overall well-being and recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university.

• Active and unrestricted LCSW license in the state of Kansas.
\n
• Strong communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Capable of working both independently in a remote setting and collaboratively with a team.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in substance abuse treatment and/or mental health rehabilitation.

• Demonstrated proficiency in therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for comprehensive patient tracking and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
