Work Environment\n

This position is designed to be fully remote, allowing flexibility to support your work-life balance while delivering integral mental health services. Our team is composed of licensed mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, who collaborate in a supportive environment dedicated to holistic patient care. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs and establish tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to foster understanding and connection among clients facing similar challenges.

• Coordinate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to assure integrated care plans that encompass all aspects of the patient’s mental health.

• Provide crisis intervention services in response to mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate and effective support.

• Educate clients on mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their healing journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of patient interactions and treatment progress, adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and continuous professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCSW or equivalent) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
