Key Responsibilities\n

• Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ mental health issues, using standardized assessment tools, interviews, and observations to formulate clinical diagnoses.

• Individual and Group Therapy: Provide tailored therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based modalities to address the specific needs and goals of clients.

• Crisis Intervention: Offer immediate support and crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health episodes, ensuring their safety and stabilization.

• Documentation: Accurately maintain confidential client records, including detailed treatment plans, clinical progress notes, and assessment summaries, adhering to both ethical and legal standards.

• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Engage with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care plans for clients.

• Client and Community Education: Facilitate psychoeducation sessions for clients and their families, promoting understanding of mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available to them.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families, each facing unique mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid mental health therapist license, such as LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your level of experience.
