Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ strengths, needs, and readiness for change.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual client goals, focusing on trauma-informed care.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers within the detox center to ensure holistic treatment of clients’ needs.

• Advocate for clients’ rights to access community resources, support services, and aftercare options following treatment.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and clinical outcomes via electronic health records.

• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in clinical social work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will cater to a diverse population of clients facing behavioral health challenges, substance use disorders, and co-occurring mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
