Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments utilizing clinical interviews and standardized assessments to evaluate clients’ psychological status, history, and needs.

• Craft and execute individualized treatment plans in partnership with clients, focusing on achievable therapeutic goals, emotional resilience, and personal growth.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Therapy via virtual sessions to cater to clients experiencing a variety of mental health conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
