Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients experiencing major mental health challenges, providing both individualized therapy and crisis intervention as needed.

• Conduct initial assessments, including brief, evidence-based screenings, to determine the appropriate level of care and treatment plan.

• Formulate and implement integrated care plans that connect clients to various healthcare services and support systems.
\n
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques tailored to clients' specific needs and presenting problems.

• Maintain a manageable caseload, ensuring timely and thorough documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes.
\n
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on best practices, share insights, and address client care as a unified entity.

• Monitor client progress, adapt treatment strategies as required, and ensure clients are receiving the necessary support throughout their care continuum.

• Provide ongoing education and resources to clients and their families to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Engage in safety and risk assessments, proactively identifying and addressing potential hazards that could impact client well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on underserved individuals who may experience stigma associated with mental health issues. You will support clients from various backgrounds, addressing cultural differences and tailoring interventions to meet their unique perspectives and needs. The clinical setting is designed to facilitate a safe space for clients to process emotions and experiences, fostering resilience and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LCSW license in California is required.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is preferred, particularly in a community health or underserved setting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field; advanced education is a plus.

• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, based on experience and qualifications.
