Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group therapy to students dealing with major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders, adapting therapy techniques to suit various age groups and needs.

• Conduct assessments and screenings using evidence-based practices, and integrate findings into individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each student.

• Collaborate with educators, staff, and parents to develop and implement interventions that promote positive mental health and academic success.

• Participate actively in treatment team meetings to ensure cohesive delivery of care and effective case management.

• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans based on ongoing assessments, ensuring that interventions are addressing presenting issues appropriately.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will have experience working with a diverse population of students in a school environment, ranging from elementary to high school levels. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (MSW preferred)

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
