This position offers a unique remote work setting that allows you the flexibility to engage with clients while maintaining a strong work-life balance. Your schedule will focus on traditional weekdays, specifically from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday , with no evening or weekend obligations. This setup enables you to dedicate your time to your clients without the added stress of non-traditional hours, ensuring that you can perform at your best.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the mental health needs of students, developing individualized treatment plans that promote their emotional and psychological resilience.

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities, and conducting regular follow-ups to ensure treatment efficacy.

• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to foster a supportive environment conducive to each student's success.

• Engage in crisis intervention strategies, offering immediate support to students facing acute emotional distress.

• Implement and adhere to mental health policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations in behavioral health care.

• Carry out comprehensive intakes and evaluations, ensuring timely service delivery with a commitment to respect and confidentiality.

• Conduct screenings for substance abuse and provide appropriate referrals for students needing specialized care or additional resources.

• Maintain a detailed and organized electronic patient record system, ensuring accurate documentation of all interactions and treatment outcomes.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops designed to enhance social skills, coping mechanisms, and peer relationships among students.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution.
