Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, identifying strengths and available resources.

• Utilize therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to address diverse mental health concerns.

• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans that integrate client goals, interventions, and frequent updates based on ongoing assessments.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including school officials, psychologists, and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive care delivery for students.

• Offer crisis intervention services, risk assessments, and safety planning for students in urgent need of support.

• Document all interactions and treatment modalities accurately and timely in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and peer support groups that foster community and healing among clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse population of students ranging from kindergarten through high school. Clients may present with various mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is mandatory.
