Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients exhibiting symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders in both community and virtual settings.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop customized, integrated care plans that ensure clients have access to necessary services.

• Implement various evidence-based preventive and therapeutic interventions, including crisis intervention and therapeutic services tailored to individual, group, and family needs.

• Monitor progress through regular client meetings, maintaining accurate documentation related to treatment plans, outcomes, and necessary follow-ups.

• Participate in collaborative team efforts to promote a shared mission and effectively meet the evolving needs of our clients.

• Regularly review and facilitate client admissions, assess continued care requirements, and coordinate discharge planning to ensure successful transitions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients who face significant mental health challenges, including, but not limited to, those experiencing major depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, and serious emotional disturbances. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Mindful Transcendence Mental Healthcare offers an attractive salary range of USD 70,000 - 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
