Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop personalized therapy plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy in individual and group counseling sessions.

• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions for clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, fostering a supportive environment for sharing and healing.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on providing mental health services to clients from diverse backgrounds who may have limited access to traditional mental health care. You will address various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges, and support clients of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of active, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Florida.

• At least two years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards related to mental health practice.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

• Proficiency in utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and related technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, based on experience and caseload.
