Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to determine the therapeutic needs of clients.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions that incorporate techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals, to ensure coordinated care and comprehensive treatment.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards, facilitated by support with billing and documentation.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals and families facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, preferably within a clinical or community health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and workload.
