Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and collaborate on developing individualized treatment plans that align with their therapy goals.

• Lead therapeutic sessions, both individually and in groups, strategically addressing a diverse array of mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, PTSD, and relationship issues.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team that may include psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, fostering a cohesive approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records, documenting client interactions and progress through our practice management software.

• Engage in continuous professional development opportunities to advance your clinical skills and knowledge, remaining updated on best practices in mental health treatment.

• Provide feedback and contribute to the refinement of our therapeutic services and operational processes, ensuring we meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve encompass a broad spectrum, including those facing mental health struggles stemming from trauma, significant life changes, or chronic stressors. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active license/certification to practice in California, including LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with individuals experiencing emotional and mental health challenges.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven capacity to establish rapport and trust with clients swiftly.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is highly desirable, facilitating better coordination of care.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Prior experience in a remote counseling role or teletherapy is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
