Work Environment\n

This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while utilizing our telehealth platform. Our work hours are primarily Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the specific needs and concerns of clients, which will inform the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups that address common mental health issues, fostering community and connection among participants.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals, couples, and families struggling with a variety of mental health issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to severe mood disorders and addiction. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
