Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting intake assessments and developing individualized treatment plans based on clients' unique psychiatric diagnoses and specific treatment needs.

• Providing therapeutic interventions through various modalities, including Integrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness practices tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Maintaining detailed and accurate clinical documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system, following departmental protocols to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress, treatment outcomes, and adjust care plans as necessary; actively contributing to continuity of care and discharge planning.

• Facilitating support groups and therapeutic programs, monitoring client progress, and adjusting treatment strategies to optimize outcomes.

• Engaging in professional development activities to stay informed about best practices and advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse group of clients, addressing a wide array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Our client population ranges from adolescents to adults, providing an opportunity for you to make a meaningful impact across different age groups and backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure in the state of California as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.

• Demonstrated proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, particularly those that are integrative and client-centered.

• Experience with electronic health record systems, facilitating effective and compliant documentation practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering strong therapeutic alliances with clients and teamwork with colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of three years of experience in behavioral health settings, providing therapy and counseling services to diverse populations.

• Familiarity with telehealth practices and the ability to adapt traditional therapeutic techniques to a virtual format.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including a salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, depending on experience.
