This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary role will include:

• Providing ethical, remote counseling services via video chat, ensuring a safe and confidential space for all clients.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Facilitating skill development in coping strategies, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication to enhance clients' quality of life.

• Regularly reviewing and adjusting treatment plans based on client progress and feedback, ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily consist of stable adults facing low-acuity mental health issues, making this an ideal setting for developing foundational counseling skills. Given this focus, you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals seeking to improve their mental wellness through effective communication and coping strategies rather than crisis intervention.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this vital position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current independent licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Experience in direct practice without supervision.
\n
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with proficiency in utilizing technology for telehealth services.

• A stable internet connection to facilitate smooth video counseling sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with previous experience in remote counseling, particularly with low-acuity cases, will be highly regarded. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records will also be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your skills and commitment, we offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
