Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, maintaining a supportive therapeutic environment that encourages clients' active participation and self-discovery.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during acute mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and immediate coping strategies as necessary.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to ethical and legal standards outlined by relevant professional bodies.

• Collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams, engaging with psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.

Qualifications\n

• Current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000, aligned with experience and qualifications. In addition, we are offering a sign-on bonus to welcome you aboard!
