Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Proto-Call Counseling Services, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Regularly communicating updates on client progress with supervisors and relevant stakeholders, including family members and care teams.

• Coordinating home visits and in-home observations to provide extensive evaluations and support where necessary.

• Participating actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to discuss client progress and treatment strategies.

• Documenting monthly and quarterly progress notes to track client development and program effectiveness.

• Managing training sessions to certify staff in the effective implementation of treatment plans.

• Engaging in follow-up interviews and observations to ensure ongoing support and care for individuals.

• Maintaining accurate and accessible client records to facilitate information sharing among interested parties.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse population that includes both adults and youth facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
