Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments that evaluate the mental, emotional, and behavioral health needs of clients, using tools such as clinical interviews and standardized assessment instruments.

• Craft tailored treatment plans that align with each client’s unique goals, preferences, and individual circumstances, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster positive outcomes.

• Implement therapeutic interventions through individual and group therapy sessions, drawing upon a variety of techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused strategies.

• Respond effectively to urgent mental health concerns, employing crisis intervention techniques to ensure the safety and well-being of clients in distress.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in training sessions and workshops designed to enhance clinical skills and knowledge of the latest therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed mental health counselor at Inspire Change, you will work primarily with adult clients facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid license to practice as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of California.

• Possession of an accredited Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

• Highly organized, with the ability to manage caseloads effectively and maintain detailed documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The expected salary range for this position is USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
