Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a dedicated caseload of clients, establishing strong rapport by engaging in open communication while adhering to professional ethics.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, ensuring stability and revisiting treatment plans for appropriate discharges.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor personalized treatment plans that reflect the specific goals and needs of each client.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation, including progress notes and intake assessments, in compliance with best practices for mental health records.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance professional growth and refine therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
