Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a diverse caseload by establishing and nurturing rapport with clients while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining appropriate boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to review client progress, assess stability, and coordinate upcoming appointments, as well as plan discharge when suitable.

• Design, implement, and evaluate person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients to ensure their mental health needs are met effectively.

• Keep precise documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to fulfill legal and regulatory standards.
\n
• Administer comprehensive intake assessments to determine individual client needs and establish the groundwork for subsequent treatment.
\n
• Engage in individual therapy sessions based on clinical determination and client requirements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality counseling.
\n
• Participate in regular supervision sessions to discuss clinical cases, seek guidance, and improve your therapeutic skills.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians and mental health specialists, to coordinate client care.

• Cultivate a growth mindset, continuously seeking opportunities for professional development and enhancing clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with youth and adolescent clients who require mental health support. You will address a wide array of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Our telehealth model aims to expand access to care for clients who may face barriers to seeking traditional in-person therapy, particularly those in underserved areas.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory.

• Demonstrated ability to meet internal credentialing requirements for clinical settings.

• At least one year of experience in working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

• Proficient in assessment and diagnosis, as well as the delivery of both individual and group therapy.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Annual salary for this position ranges between USD 65,000 and 80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
