Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address clients' specific mental health issues.

• Provide a variety of counseling services, including individual therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy, tailored to the diverse needs of our clientele.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including psychologists and social workers, to create a holistic approach to client care.
\n
• Maintain thorough and accurate client records, documenting progress and treatment outcomes using our practice management software.
\n
• Stay informed on the latest trends and research in mental health counseling, integrating new knowledge into practice as appropriate.

• Participate actively in clinic staff meetings and professional training sessions to enhance skills and foster team cohesion.

Our clients represent a wide spectrum of ages, backgrounds, and mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas, in good standing.
\n
• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
\n
• Proven experience in providing outpatient counseling services, with a preference for candidates familiar with telehealth platforms.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport with clients and collaboration with colleagues.
\n
• A strong commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development, including participation in workshops and continuing education.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding the cultural sensitivities in counseling.

• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or others relevant to our patient demographics.

• Prior experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and expertise. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
