Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to address a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional health, considering factors such as personal history, symptoms, and lifestyle.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each client, ensuring measurable goals and outcomes are established.

• Provide crisis intervention services as required, effectively managing urgent situations to stabilize clients and connect them to additional resources as necessary.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues and available resources, fostering their involvement in the therapeutic process.

• Maintain accurate and thorough client records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients, enhancing their overall mental health experience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
