Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a diverse caseload, engaging with clients to build strong, trust-based relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate their progress, discuss challenges, and coordinate discharge planning when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Document client progress meticulously, ensuring accurate and timely updates in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to conduct client assessments and therapy sessions, ensuring a seamless and productive therapeutic experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with span a wide age range and diverse backgrounds, presenting a variety of mental health challenges. This includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues, as well as families in need of support. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current, active, and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting is necessary.

• Proficient in computer operations, including experience with Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and specific therapeutic software such as PIMSY.

• Demonstrable experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, with additional opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
