Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans for clients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, in individual, couples, family, and group counseling sessions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide holistic support to clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring the confidentiality and safety of client information.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing counseling services in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
