Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to develop tailored treatment plans that address specific mental health challenges.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to individuals, couples, and groups.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems effectively.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care that reflects the diverse needs of our client population.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to keep abreast of the latest trends and research in mental health practices.

• Engage actively in supervisory and peer consultation meetings to enhance clinical skills and ensure the highest quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals and families facing a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Many of our clients come from underserved communities and may require additional support to access necessary resources. Your role is critical in providing these individuals with tools and strategies to navigate their challenges and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• At least two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating your ability to manage complex cases effectively.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical practices within the field of mental health.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n
