Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs, concerns, and goals, utilizing approved assessment tools and techniques.

• Facilitate individualized one-on-one counseling sessions that address a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety disorders, depressive symptoms, trauma-related conditions, and everyday stressors.

• Provide couples and family therapy sessions to help families navigate relationship dynamics, improve communication, and resolve conflicts effectively.
\n
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, featuring clear objectives and tailored therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Offer immediate crisis intervention and stabilization support to clients who are experiencing acute mental health challenges, ensuring their safety and well-being.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, ideal coping strategies, and available community resources for ongoing support.
\n
• Ensure thorough documentation of client interactions, including maintaining accurate and confidential records in compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.

• Uphold ethical counseling practices, adhering to the legal framework and institutional policies while ensuring a safe, confidential environment for all clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a wide-ranging outpatient population, including individuals from various backgrounds, age groups, and communities. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
