This role is based in a supportive outpatient setting, yet you will primarily work remotely, allowing you to manage your schedule effectively while providing needed counseling services. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans for clients, ensuring that their specific needs are met.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions employing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to create and implement holistic care plans that enhance client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with both ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring the utmost professionalism in all documentation.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, depending on your caseload and experience.
