Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive exams and evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy utilizing evidence-based practices to foster personal growth, emotional healing, and improved mental health outcomes.

• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients and actively monitor progress to ensure effectiveness of treatment strategies.

• Engage in regular collaborative efforts with colleagues, participating in staff and supervision meetings that enhance clinical skills and teamwork.

• Offer teletherapy solutions to clients who may have mobility challenges or prefer virtual communication.

• Document client sessions and progress accurately in our electronic health records system to maintain compliance and quality assurance.

• Keep abreast of developments in the field of marriage and family therapy through ongoing education and training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients that includes adults, children, and adolescents facing a range of mental and emotional challenges. Your expertise will be essential in delivering care tailored to both individual clients and couples, ensuring that therapy sessions are responsive to the unique dynamics and needs presented in familial relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n
