Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and challenges.

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans, setting clear, achievable goals and interventions for clients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure seamless delivery of client-centered services.

• Offer crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans when necessary to manage emergencies effectively.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinical, ethical, and legal standards.

• Lead and facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to enhance clients' coping skills and therapeutic experience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, and performance-based bonuses may be available to further enhance your earning potential.
