Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and challenges.

• Utilize individualized therapeutic modalities to deliver effective individual therapy and couples therapy, tailored to the specific contexts and needs of each client.

• Develop collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and oversee the tracking of their progress throughout treatment.

• Participate in regular staff meetings, group supervision sessions, and one-on-one meetings with clinical supervisors to ensure quality care and continuous professional development.

• Provide culturally competent services that respect the diverse backgrounds and experiences of our clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic policies and state regulations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
