Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status and treatment needs.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans utilizing multiple therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring that interventions are evidence-based and align with best practices in the field.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate client care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and related activity in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, contingent upon your experience and expertise.
