Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans that address clients' unique mental health needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to individuals, couples, and families.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and psychologists, to deliver holistic and coordinated care, ensuring clients receive comprehensive treatment.

• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records to uphold ethical standards and regulatory requirements, utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems effectively.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying abreast of the latest research and practices within the mental health field, attending workshops and training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed professional counselor at Mind Marvel Institute, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing counseling services within a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to base salary, we provide health, dental, and vision insurance coverage, malpractice insurance, and handle all billing and administrative paperwork, allowing you to focus on client care.
