Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans for each client.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Document clinical progress while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic care for clients, integrating various treatment modalities.

• Participate in continuing education and professional development workshops to remain current on the latest mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to counseling practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
