Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' biopsychosocial needs, using evidence-based tools to identify concerns and establish treatment goals.

• Provide individual, family, couples, and group psychotherapy sessions, tailoring therapeutic approaches to suit the needs of clinical patients.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions as a primary therapist or co-therapist, promoting a supportive environment that encourages patient interaction and healing.

• Uphold ethical guidelines and agency policies while adhering to all regulatory standards to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.

• Participate in triage evaluations and crisis interventions, leveraging your expertise to stabilize patients in acute psychological distress.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications, with the potential for performance bonuses.
